Charles Adu-Gyamfi is the Managing Director of South Ridge Hotel and President of the Ghana Progressive Hotels Association.
Before becoming the President of the Ghana Progressive Hotels Association, He served as Chairman of the Brong Ahafo Branch of the Association from 2002-2008.
Charles attended St. Augustine’s College-Cape Coast and in 2019, he was awarded three (3) Masters Degrees; MPHIL in Peace and Development, Executive Masters in Hospitality Management both from the University of Cape coast (UCC) and Master of Science in Organisational Development-College for Community and Organisational Development-(UDS).
He is also a holder of Diploma in French-Paris-2016, Master of Arts, Governance and Sustainable Development-(UCC)-2012, Post Graduate Diploma-Business Administration-Leicester-UK-2010. Diploma in Tourism-2004, Diploma in Labour Studies-(UCC)-2002, Diploma in Statistics-(UG)1998, Certified Shea Butter Technician-American Shea Butter Institute-USA, among others.
He is a recipient of Silver medal of the Ghana Tourism Hall of fame-2016 and two (2) times recipient of the Brong Ahafo Regional Tourism Awards- 2016-2017.

Kwaku Passah Snr is a teacher, tour guide, tour operator, a trainer, and a writer. He is the current Vice President of the Ghana Tourism Federation (GHATOF)
▪ He is a past President of the Tour Guides Association of Ghana (TORGAG). And a Tour Guide of the Year Award winner.
▪ He was a part-time instructor at the Travel and Tourism Department of Hotel, Catering, and Tourism Training Institute (HOTCATT)
▪ He is a member of the Tour Operators Union of Ghana (TOUGHA)
▪ He is the Chief Executive Officer of Exotic Adventures Ltd
PROJECTS
● Kwaku Passah Snr has a passion for quality service delivery. In view of this he has been partnering with colleague trainers to collaborate with public, private and international institutions to train tour guides and some hospitality staff in Ghana since 1997.
● Was part of a project management team for a BUSAC – TOUGHA project on “Tourism Safety and Security in Ghana”
● Coordinated and provided professional guide services for TOUGHA’s Domestic Essay Contest for JHS students from 2001 – 2009
